File a Claim Online You can no longer file claims online. The deadline to file a Claim was December 31, 2007. You can file a late claim, but it must be mailed to the Class Administrator. A paper Claim Form can be downloaded from this site. All late Claims will be submitted to the Court and the Court will decide if they are accepted.
